To feed the flames of Hell
that endless funeral pyre
am I nothing more than
fuel for the fire
My entire life
it has been my one desire
to become something more than
fuel for the fire
Many there may be
who would tell me I'm a liar
for saying that we're nothing more than
fuel for the fire
But though they all may strive
to reach for something higher
in the end they're nothing more than
fuel for the fire
